This new state-of-the-art facility, located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center at the corner of Fannin and McGregor, opened on February 1, 2008. All appointments with one of our physicians will be at this location unless otherwise specified. Both valet and self parking are available in the building and can be accessed from Fannin or Main. State-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment facilities are located within this office, providing a convenient “one-stop” patient care experience for most urologic problems.

Located conveniently off of Highway 59 and near the Galleria area, this office allows us to see patients for the full range of urologic problems, by specific appointment, typically on Monday afternoons. In addition, this office houses a Clinac iX™ medical linear accelerator from Varian Medical Systems, for treating prostate cancer patients with Dynamic Targeting™ image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT). This new robotic and automated technology combines a state-of-the-art treatment machine with sophisticated digital imaging, tracking and monitoring tools, enabling doctors to deliver the most accurate treatments possible, even when treating tumors that move as the patient breathes. This facility is accessible by walkway from our Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza Outpatient Facility or via the UT Parking Garage, 6414 Fannin, adjacent to the south side of the UT Professional Building. It features a convenient way for our Physicians to meet with patients managed by Dr. Krause without having to travel to the Texas Medical Center.
