Make an Appointment
Current Patients can make an appointment by logging in to the Patient Portal. If you have not provided us with an email address and do not wish to use the Patient Portal, you can schedule an appointment by calling our Appointments Desk at (713) 366-7801 or via email at appointments@vanguardurology.com.
To register with our Patient Portal, you will have needed to schedule an appointment with us and we should have your email address. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a reminder email 2 weeks prior and 3 days prior to your appointment. That email you receive will contain the link that allows you to register for the Portal. Certain restrictions apply. Your email address will be your username. For support or technical assistance with our portal, please call the Technology & Health Informatics Desk at (713) 366-7802 or via email at vumedgen@vanguardurology.com.
